Even for facades and interiors that include brass or gold, PASO II provides an elegant solution. Thanks to its compact design without a frame, the recessed luminaire fits into the scenario perfectly.  PASO II is geared towards the geometry of the building and the lighting tasks at hand. The luminaire itself – not just the diffuser – is round or square. A generous helping of lighting technology packed into models ranging in size from small to large allows fine tuning to meet a variety of needs.

PASO II is unique in terms of its remarkable number of advantages:

  • Building without barriers - for circulation areas fit for use by handicapped persons, thanks to design completely flush with floor
  • Cover frame conceals screw heads and problem areas around casting surround (e.g. tiles or carpet flooring)
  • Innovative sealing system (patent pending) protects luminaire against surface water and cleaning water
  • Attractive option for indoor areas thanks to shallow mounting depths

Integrating recessed floor luminaires into an integral lighting concepts is an important, demanding task requiring a major design effort.  Only by combining various types of lamps with different radiation angles is a recessed floor luminaire able to solve individual lighting tasks.  PASO II varies the angle of the light beams emitted by reflectors and swivelling lamp positions. Traditional light sources as well as the latest lighting technology can be used. In addition to illuminance, the colour mix too can be controlled.  Impressive dramatic lighting scenes can be set by using LED units with variable colours or colour filters.
