Especially in the case of frequently redesigned presentation areas in shops or stores, the lighting system must be capable of responding flexibly. That’s why Zumtobel has extended its product range of track-mounted VIVO spotlights with a recessed version. Maximum flexibility is provided by the new modules that can be integrated into the ceiling. In VIVO-S, the spotlight head can be completely swivelled into the round or square ceiling module (like a downlight). Vice versa, the spotlight head can be infinitely swivelled out from the housing in the ceiling – depending on the beam angle desired – and rotated as required in order to achieve maximum mobility in all directions. Intuitive fine adjustment takes place by means of the integral clip.

Perfect integration of VIVO
Swivelled out, the model provides all the proven qualities of the track-mounted VIVO versions. The installation of the ceiling modules can be provided as quickly as that of VIVO M and VIVO L. In the VIVO-S and VIVO-SL versions, the mounting brackets are automatically clamped towards the ceiling by fastening the concealed screws, ensuring that the luminaire is reliably fixed.
Depending on the environment and the desired design effect, a version with square recessed housing and one with a round recessed housing are available. Both the VIVO-S versions in titanium and white colour ensure an uncluttered look on the ceiling, allowing a harmonious combination of lighting and interior design.

The all-round shop specialist
Plenty of design freedom even for ceilings with shallow depth – a mounting depth of only 100 mm is required for VIVO-SL. High-performance VIVO ceiling modules can be installed even under unfavourable spatial conditions. In VIVO-SL, the spotlight head's design allows it to be swivelled out at an angle of 50° and then rotated through 360° as required. Due to the shallow mounting depth, about half of the spotlight head can be swivelled in. In this model, too, the spotlight head is exceptionally flexible, allowing to easily perform most accent lighting tasks. In terms of external appearance, VIVO-SL is identical with VIVO-S. The colour versions available and accessories, too, are the same for both versions.

In practical applications, the combination of ceiling module and track provides an extremely flexible, architecturally consistent lighting concept.
