LUXMATE LITENET light management system
back to overview

LITENET is the new versatile light management system from LUXMATE developed specifically to cater for the increasing demand for all-round flexibility in office buildings. The system can easily be adjusted to cater for new room layouts and partitions, while ensuring ergonomic working conditions and low operating costs.

Various different room layouts can be catered for by the same installation without any need for costly rewiring or reconfiguration by service technicians, doing away with prolonged downtimes. LITENET opens up new opportunities for user-oriented utilisation concepts, as rooms can be reconfigured, divided and grouped by a simple mouse-click. By defining room profiles, users can implement a range of different lighting solutions for different uses of the room. The room profiles are based on common room uses and cater for conference rooms, offices, corridors and communication zones, etc.

The maintenance control option, which is just one of the basic functionalities of LITENET ensures energy efficient implementation in accordance with the European standard EN 12464. The minimum luminous intensity required by this standard normally leads to over-dimensioned lighting facilities, and thus high energy consumption, as maintenance factors such as ageing of light sources, contamination of luminaires, etc. must be taken into account. Maintenance control solves these problems by adjusting the lamp output based on its age and condition. This means that a constant level of lighting can be maintained across the entire service life of the light source, meeting the minimum requirements laid down in the standard while saving up to 20% of energy compared with conventional facilities. LITENET offers you intelligent functionality.

In addition, the daylight-dependent control of the artificial light with LITENET allows for energy savings of up to 60%. The optimised use of the available daylight helps not only lower your energy cost but also enhances the well-being and efficiency of the workforce. As direct sunlight tends to cause distracting glares and reflections on smooth surfaces, LITENET also provides for optimised glare protection.

LITENET offers even more advantages, as additional investments only have to be made when the need for a particular feature arises. On-demand functions allow for the quick upgrading of the existing infrastructure at fixed quoted prices.
