LUXMATE LITENET – an effective means of obtaining as much comfort and lighting quality as possible using a minimum of energy, materials and time.

Subsidies linked to energy consumption multiply the economic efficiency of CO2-reducing measures. The LUXMATE LITENET Lighting Management System controls small building units as reliably as large-scale building complexes. Maximum energy efficiency can be achieved by intelligent integration of daylight sensors, presence detectors and time sensors. With the latest generation of the lighting management system, control of Tunable White luminaires has been smoothly integrated into the system.

What’s special about it is that the luminaires’ intensity and colour temperature can be set entirely independently and intuitively, on the basis of graphically displayed timelines. The lighting control system is supplied with the basic features of a beneficial lighting concept, including predefined sequences over the course of the day for offices, production facilities, healthcare facilities and retirement homes, based on the latest scientific findings. As these scenarios can be individually adjusted, and existing LITENET installations can be updated, energy-efficient lighting solutions with dynamic colour temperatures and luminous intensity levels can be implemented easily.

More daylight – more comfort – less energy consumption

The daylight sensor uses photocells and infrared sensors to monitor the sky situation and its changes. In order to intelligently control the artificial lighting and blinds, it even makes out the difference between diffuse light and direct sunlight.

Daylight-based blinds management

Blinds controlled via LITENET combine five ways to make intelligent use of daylight while at the same time enhancing people's well-being: protecting people against glare, purposefully directing sunlight, maintaining proper visual connections, optimising the room climate, both in summer and winter, and creating visually attractive façades.

Zumtobel disconnects functionality from hardware and transforms the luminaire into a multifunctional tool that adapts to changing requirements. Switching or dimming? Standard or emergency luminaire? Choices like these can be postponed to a later date, as on-demand luminaires provide additional functions upon request.

The smallest LUXMATE LITENET package is perfect for smaller applications which require only 500 output addresses and do not need the entire range of functions available. In this case, no LITENET server is needed.

LITENET compact

Like a compact mid-range car, LITENET compact offers a decent level of comfort without the need to splash out on all the options. This solution, which is geared towards medium-sized applications, also needs no LITENET server.

LITENET flexible

One central LITENET server is enough to achieve maximum flexibility and integrate 10,000 output addresses or more (upon request). This high-end expansion level supports separate IT and lighting management structures within one building and includes the full range of LUXMATE LITENET lighting management features.
