Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

As an internationally operating and publicly traded company, the Zumtobel Group AG observes all applicable national laws concerning decent working conditions and rejects child labour, as well as any other form of forced labour.

We expect the same from our suppliers. To ensure that this is respected, we require our suppliers to adhere to our values and principles which were outlined in our Business Partner Code of Conduct. This code of conduct is given to and discussed with each potential new supplier. A business relationship with the Zumtobel Group AG or any of its companies is only established once the this Business Partner Code of Conduct has been acknowledged by the supplier in writing. This is required from existing suppliers within the framework of the supplier audits and supplier meetings.

We expect our suppliers to implement and follow these principles in their own supply chain.

In the last business year, no activities became known to us in our supply chain which indicate forced labour or human trafficking. However, if we do become aware of such activities we would respond immediately and take corresponding measures – based on our values – against the business partner involved. These measures may, for example, involve a termination of contracts or claims for damages.
