Zumtobel’s products are distinguished by outstanding design and superior quality. In order to emphasise this claim, Zumtobel has extended its product guarantee to five years.
As a globally leading luminaire manufacturer, Zumtobel provides a five-year guarantee for its complete product range.With this step, Zumtobel lives up to its reputation as a pioneer in terms of innovation, design and quality. The voluntarily extended five-year guarantee comprises Zumtobel’s entire luminaire portfolio including ballasts or control gear. Only wearing parts such as conventional light sources or emergency lighting batteries are exempt from the guarantee extension. In case of LED luminaires, the guarantee comprises also the LEDs.

Thanks to this important initiative, customers can rest assured that by choosing lighting solutions from Zumtobel they invest in the future.  

Our 5 year guarantee is provided for projects registered online within 90 days of date of our invoice.
