The lighting in many industrial facilities is not state-of-the-art. However, employees are still expected to give their best, which under the given circumstances can be either impossible or else very difficult. Specimen solution for a production bay

Electronic components are produced, packed and stored in an area of 1,200 square metres in this specimen bay. The height of the space is six metres, and daylight enters along a window frontage on one side and through skylights. The bay was lit by HID reflector luminaires prior to refurbishment. The comparison with a lighting solution using VALUEA T16 high bay reflector luminaires and another LED lighting solution with CRAFT and LUXMATE LITENET clearly shows the potential of an innovate lighting solution.

1. CO2 and cost efficiencies   The existing lighting solution consumes 93.5 kWh of power per square metre and year; the CRAFT LED lighting solution, however, which is controlled by LUXMATE LITENET, consumes only 26.88 kWh. This corresponds to a reduction by 71 percent, with the lighting control system accounting for some 48 percent. The alternative solution using T16 high bay luminaires reduces energy consumption by 13 percent.

2. Flexibility   The illuminance level is 750 lux throughout the bay, designed to meet the very demanding visual tasks in the production area. The ability to reduce the lighting level to 300 lux at the packing station and to 150 lux in the finished goods warehouse reduces unnecessary energy consumption and provides flexibility.

3. Productivity   The lower the illuminance level of ambient lighting, the higher its factor for additional motivation. By increasing the lighting level by 12 percent in the warehouse, by 10 percent at the packing station and by 5 percent in the production area, productivity is increased by an average 8 percent.

4. Reliability   The fact that the luminous flux of a CRAFT luminaire does not decrease even in case of high temperatures below the bay’s ceiling makes the lighting all the more reliable. Another important aspect is the high bay LED luminaire‘s low failure rate, which results in less frequent downtimes and lower maintenance costs.

Gebrüder Weiss, eno izmed najpomembnejših transportnih in logističnih podjetij v Evropi s sedežem v mestu Lauterach, Vorarlberg, nadaljuje svojo dolgoletno partnerstvo s podjetjem Zumtobel: Na lokaciji podjetja v mestu Pöchlarn so klasične fluorescenčne sijalke na okoli 2.250 kvadratnih metrov velikem prekladalnem mestu zamenjali z modularno rešitvijo s svetlobnim trakom TECTON LED podjetja Zumtobel.

Svetlobne diode imajo zaradi svoje visoke energetske učinkovitosti ključno vlogo v za okolju primernih novogradnjah in rekonstrukcijah logističnih točk podjetja Gebrüder Weiss. Pri sanacijskem projektu v mestu Pöchlarn so poleg ekoloških upoštevali tudi funkcionalne in ekonomske razmisleke za uporabo izvedbe TECTON LED: „Iskali smo rešitev, ki je primerna za industrijsko uporabo in jo lahko uporabimo kot osnovni sistem ter se enostavno prilagodi različnim standardnim zahtevam za osvetlitev različnih področij dvorane“, je Markus Nigsch, vodja oddelka Immobilien in Facility Management v podjetju Gebrüder Weiss, poudaril najpomembnejše zahteve. Brez težav se lahko npr. vključijo javljalniki gibanja. Argument v prid sistema podjetja Zumtobel so bili predvsem nizki stroški za vzdrževanje: Svetlobni trak in nosilna tračnica sta načrtovana po principu "vstavi in poženi". Niti za povezovanje elementov nosilne tračnice niti za zamenjavo svetilk ni potrebno orodje. K znatno daljšemu ciklu vzdrževanja rešitve prispeva tudi dolga življenjska doba svetlečih diod, ki poprečno znaša deset let.

Neposreden vpliv izvedbe TECTON LED na bilanco CO2 prekladalnega mesta Pöchlarn ponazarja Markus Nigsch z neposredno primerjavo z odsluženo rešitvijo s fluorescenčnimi sijalkami: „Letna poraba električne energije se je znižala z 1,2 milijona kWh na pod 465.000 kWh. To pomeni, da je znižanje emisij CO2 zaradi razsvetljave skoraj 139 ton na leto – samo 38,6 odstotkov prejšnje vrednosti.“

Podobne pozitivne rezultate dosegajo LED rešitve podjetja Zumtobel tudi pri večjih novogradnjah podjetja Gebrüder Weiss – med drugim v logističnem centru Wels, na češki lokaciji Jeneč ter v novi logistični dvorani in v pisarni na sedežu podjetja v mestu Lauterach.

"Od izdelka do tovarne" se glasi načelo načrtovanja v podjetju Volkswagen. Kar se je namreč v podjetju VW v zadnjih letih razvilo in uporabilo v smislu inovativne in okolju prijazne tehnologije motorjev, bo danes in v prihodnosti veljalo tudi za arhitekturo proizvodnih lokacij. Podjetje želi do leta 2018 postati okolju najbolj prijazen proizvajalec avtomobilov. Z novo zgrajeno halo 100 v tovarni motorjev Chemnitz so že en korak bližje temu cilju.

Novembra 2013 je projekt prejel zlat certifikat Nemškega združenja za trajnostno gradnjo (DGNB, Deutsche Gesellschaft für nachhaltiges Bauen). Razširitev hale s tem ustreza visokim zahtevam kriterijev združenja DGNB, ki imajo za osnovo celostno obravnavo ekonomskih in ekoloških vidikov ter udobja za uporabnike. V skladu z motom "Višanje trajnosti, nižanje obremenitve okolja" v Chemnitzu intenzivno delajo v različnih delavnicah na znižanju energijske porabe. Pri tem je v ospredju celostna obravnava proizvodnih postopkov. Tako so raziskali predvsem proizvodne sisteme glede energetske učinkovitosti in izrabili potenciale za optimizacijo. K znižanju energijske porabe je prispevala tudi razsvetljava z uporabo v prihodnost usmerjene LED tehnologije.

V mehanični proizvodnji so določeni visokotehnološki obdelovalni centri in skoraj povsem avtomatske, kompleksne proizvodne linije. Tukaj je potrebno ustvariti enakomerno osnovno osvetlitev s srednjo vrednostjo 300 lx. Poleg tega je bila zaželena možnost zatemnitve svetilk ter vključitev zasilne razsvetljave v svetlobni trak. Vse te zahteve je lahko podjetje Zumtobel najbolje izpolnilo s sistemom svetlobnega traku TECTON LED in vgrajenimi svetilkami zasilne razsvetljave. Za učinkovito krmiljenje svetlobnih trakov je uporabljen modul DIMLITE.

Prenova razsvetljave zagotavlja do 45 odstotkov prihranka energije
V montažni dvorani proizvajalca hladno valjanih trakov Risse+Wilke so doslej delali pod metalhalogenidnimi sijalkami. Ta doslej tradicionalna rešitev za zagotavljanje potrebne količine svetlobe v velikih in visokih industrijskih dvoranah ima v količinskem in kakovostnem smislu komaj kaj možnosti v primerjavi s sodobnimi svetlobnimi rešitvami. To pomaga zagotoviti optimalne pogoje na delovnih mestih, povečuje motivacijo ter preprečuje utrujenost in s tem tudi nesreče pri delu. Tako se je proizvajalec hladno valjanih trakov odločil za posodobitev sistemov razsvetljave v proizvodnji z novimi reflektorskimi svetilkami za dvorane.

545 novih reflektorskih svetilk za dvorane VALUEA je opremljenih z najsodobnejšimi fluorescenčnimi sijalkami in zmogljivimi reflektorji. Visoka kakovost razsvetljave je potrjena z izredno dobrim indeksom barvnega videza > 80 in zdaj tudi z enakomerno osvetlitvijo. Svetlobni tok je skoraj konstanten in tudi temperatura okolice 35 °C ne predstavlja nobene težave. Glavni razlog za visoko energetsko učinkovitost je uporaba sodobnih, krmiljenih predstikalnih naprav. Že enostavna zatemnitev zniža energijsko porabo v primerjavi z rešitvami brez zatemnitve za okoli 30 odstotkov, krmiljenje razsvetljave v odvisnosti od dnevne svetlobe pa še dodatno poviša potencial prihranka. Naslednja prednost je svetloba „brez utripanja“ na vrtečih strojih. V primerjavi s klasičnimi reflektorskimi svetilkami za dvorane s 50 Hz tehnologijo delujejo fluorescenčne sijalke s frekvenco 22 KHz in s tem preprečujejo stroboskopski učinek.

Po prenovi razsvetljave s svetilkami VALUEA in sistemom krmiljenja razsvetljave DIMLITE porabijo v podjetju Risse+Wilke do 45 odstotkov manj energije. Enostaven sistem, ki deluje po načinu "vstavi in zaženi", olajša zagon: Pri sistemu DIMLITE se želene komponente enostavno namestijo na osnovni modul in zaženejo s samodejnim postopkom namestitve. Brez težav se lahko preuredi tudi želeno krmiljenje skupine svetilk, tako da se lahko posamezne skupine svetilk individualno zatemnijo v odvisnosti od dnevne svetlobe. Naslednja prednost: S pomočjo krmiljenja razsvetljave je zdaj možen prilagodljiv odziv na spremembe v skladiščnem in proizvodnem območju.

Dve aplikaciji, ena rešitev


Podjetje Alexander Bürkle GmbH se je povečalo za 2.600 m2 veliko skladiščno halo in nanjo priključeno pisarniško zgradbo. Kot udeleženec programa financiranja ECOFIT mesta Freiburg je freiburško veletrgovinsko elektropodjetje izkoristilo vse možnosti, da bi z najsodobnejšimi sistemi zagotovilo ekološko in ekonomično obratovanje. Inovativen svetlobni koncept podjetja Zumtobel je pomembno prispevalo k manjši električni porabi pri enako visoki kakovosti svetlobe.


Arhitektura trinadstropne novogradnje upravne zgradbe je bila idealna za aplikacijo vseh prednosti LED-tehnologije. Pisarniške površine so bile izvedene povsem brez podpornih stebrov in zagotavljajo prilagodljivo uporabo prostora. Podjetje Zumtobel je na osnovi posebne rešitve stropne svetilke LED-downlight CRAYON razvilo prav tako sodoben koncept pisarniške razsvetljave: v kvadratni obliki je v strop vgrajenih 122 LED-downlightov CRAYON posebne velikosti 625 mm z močjo 48 W. Topla barva svetlobe s 4.000 K ne vpliva samo na prijetno, homogeno osnovno osvetlitev, temveč zagotavlja tudi dolgo življenjsko dobo z barvno stabilno svetlobo, ne potrebuje vzdrževanja in omogoča zatemnjevanje.


V duhu funkcionalne arhitekture, ki varčuje z viri, so za skladiščno halo značilne številne nadsvetlobe, ki omogočajo kar največjo količino dnevne svetlobe. Umetna svetloba se zavestno uporablja le, ko naravna ne zadošča za doseganje potrebne jakosti osvetlitve. Kot osnovno razsvetljavo v skladiščni hali so odgovorni izbrali priznani sistem svetlobnih linij TECTON. Modularno sestavljene svetlobne linije namreč nudijo optimalno svetlobo za industrijsko območje in zagotavlja jakost osvetljave 300 luxov, kar je v skladu z veljavnimi predpisi. Svetlobno linijo je mogoče prilagodljivo tudi razširiti in dopolniti z reflektorji ter varnostnimi svetilkami.


LED-downlight CRAYON nameščen v mokrih prostorih je opremljen z razredom zaščite IP 44. 12-vatni downlight dosega raven 50-vatne halogenske ali 18-vatne kompaktne sijalke. Tako je mogoče običajne downlighte brez večjih posegov nadomestiti z učinkovitejšimi in dolgotrajnejšimi LED-svetilkami.

Prihranek električne energije


Ob vstopu v vzdrževalno halo prometnega obrata Aachener Verkehrsbetriebe vas ne fascinirajo samo avtobusi – pogled vam samodejno pritegne prijazna, zelo svetla osvetlitev. Da ta razsvetljava poleg vsega še energijsko zelo učinkovito deluje, gre zahvaliti tehnologiji, ki je skrita v novem sistemu razsvetljave.


V dveh velikih halah se vzdržuje in čisti 280 avtobusov, ki so last podjetja Aachener Straßenbahn- und Energieversorger AG in približno 150 avtobusov, ki so v upravljanju drugih podjetij. Ker delo poteka preko celega dneva, razsvetljava predstavlja veliko obremenitev pri obratovalnih stroških. Skupna priključna vrednost starega sistema je bila 26.000 W, deloval pa je 18 ur dnevno. Velike nadsvetlobe omogočajo najboljše pogoje za izkoriščanje naravne svetlobe.


Zahvaljujoč novim svetilkam za vlažne prostore SCUBA, ki jih je moč učinkoviteje zatemniti, in sijalkam T5 zadošča že 18.000 W, da so lahko delovna mesta v manjših halah osvetljena s 550 do 600 luksi, kar ustreza predpisanim zahtevam. Vsaka posamezna svetilka SCUBA je priključena na krmilni sistem LUXMATE Professional z merilnikom dnevne svetlobe in se samodejno zatemni ali izključi. Tudi pri močni oblačnosti se le redko kdaj prekorači priključna vrednost 12.000 W, pri sončnem vremenu pa potrebna priključna moč pade celo na 5.000 W! Gre za več kot 60-odstotno znižanje električne energije, ki še ne upošteva dodatnega energetsko varčnega potenciala, ki ga omogočajo tipala za zaznavanje prisotnosti, ki zmorejo počasi zatemniti in nato izključiti po 3 do 4 svetilke, kadar na posameznem območju ni zaposlenih. Večje hale omogočajo še večje prihranke. Skupno priključno moč je bilo mogoče zmanjšati iz 58.000 W na povprečno 30.300 W. V primeru lepega vremena je mogoče na računalniški postaji odčitati priključne vrednosti v višini 14.500 W, amortizacijski čas take svetlobne rešitve je okoli 2 let.


Tudi varnostna tehnika je na najnovejši ravni. Na nosilni tirnici so integrirane varnostne luči Resclite z močnimi LED-sijalkami. Z visoko učinkovitostjo in idealno razporeditvijo svetlobe majhno število svetilk zadošča za varnostno osvetlitev v skladu s predpisi tudi pri namestitvi na zelo visok strop. Električni paket LED pri tem porablja minimalno energijo. Priključna moč znaša le 5 W, v stanju pripravljenosti 1,5 W.

Odlična kakovost svetlobe z višine 18 metrovNov logistični center družbe Parker Hannifin GmbH v Bielefeldu navdušuje s svojim 18 metrov visokim visokoregalnim skladiščem kapacitete 15.000 palet. Svetloba mora tukaj prodirati vse do najnižjih regalnih polic in tudi tam omogočati jakost osvetlitve 200 luxov. Le tako je namreč zagotovljeno, da je mogoče vse artikle hitro in brez napak zajeti s pomočjo črtnih kod. Sistem svetlobnih linij TECTON je pri tem prepričal z zelo dobro kakovostjo svetlobe in visoko energetsko učinkovitostjo. Zahvaljujoč globoko sijočim reflektorjem z 1 x 80 W je namreč mogoče brez težav doseči potrebno jakost osvetlitve. Hkrati modularna sistemska zgradba sistema svetlobnih linij TECTON in enostavna montaža omogočata zelo visoko prilagodljivost morebitnim prostorskim razširitvam ali preureditvam industrijskih hal. Za primer izhoda v sili je bila v sistem svetlobnih linij integrirana tudi zasilna razsvetljava. S pomočjo 11-polnega sistema tokovnih tirnic so v vsakem prehodu tri svetilke izvedene kot zasilne svetilke.

V osem metrov visoki proizvodni in odpremni hali se uporablja sistem svetlobnih linij TECTON z globoko sijočimi reflektorji. Ker delo v hali poteka v treh izmenah, je osvetlitev potrebna neprekinjeno od ponedeljka do petka. Raven svetlobe je po potrebi mogoče tudi zmanjšati in privarčevati z energijo, zato je možen delni vklop svetlobnih linij - do ene ali dveh tretjin.


Svetlobno - tehnični kontrast predstavljajo administracijska in predstavitvena območja: viseče svetilke SCONFINE Linea, downlighti PANOS Q in pravokotno razvrščene svetlobne linije SLOTLIGHT, sprejmejo obiskovalce v čudovitem svetlobnem sestavu. S pritiskom na gumb je mogoče priklicati vnaprej programirane svetlobne scenarije, krmiljene poteka s pomočjo sistema za upravljanje razsvetljave LUXMATE. V pisarnah pa vgradne svetilke MILDES LICHT IV in stoječe svetilke KAREA, ustvarjajo dnevni svetlobi podobno svetlobo, s prijetnim razmerjem direktne in indirektne osvetlitve za optimalne delovne pogoje brez učinkov bleščanja. Nežna svetloba visečih svetilk SCONFINE Linea pa v kantini poskrbi za mirno in sproščeno vzdušje. Pri tem spuščeni obokani elementi s svojimi velikimi odsevnimi površinami poudarjajo prijeten učinek svetlobe.
